- For login problems make sure you are entering your username and password exactly. They are both CaSe SeNsItIvE!
- See if you can duplicate the error. It is much easier for us to fix errors we can duplicate.
- Make a note of the exact error message you are getting, if any.
- Make sure the url you are pointing to is correct for your device.
- Try refreshing the page.

Please include your BookScoutPRO username, and the device you are using to access the system in any support requests. Support email is usually answered within 24 hours.
Support is also available when we are online via Instant Messenger with the following providers. We are usually online between 1pm and 9pm MST on most days.
